Its always good to mention your support policy highlights and set your customers expectations.

Our online counter support service  would be : 

1. Support requests are being processed on business days from 9:00am to 5:00pm in the order they were received.

2. We suggest, while our team reviews your support request, please read the information on this web.

4. If any support ticket has no response from the item owner for 7 days, the ticket will be considered closed.
